By creating an account or using TypifyAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

Free Plan

• Limited to 5 typing tests per day
• 3 AI feedback sessions per day
• Access to basic features only

Premium Plan ($9.99/month)

• Unlimited typing tests and AI feedback
• Access to all premium features
• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from your account settings

Team Plan ($49.99/month)

• All Premium features for up to 10 members
• Team analytics and admin controls
• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from team admin panel

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate test results
• Attempt to cheat or game the leaderboard system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in battles or forums
• Post spam, offensive, or illegal content in the community forum
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform

Our platform uses AI for various features:

• AI feedback and personality analysis are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• AI cheat detection is a tool to help maintain fairness, but may have false positives
• You may contest AI cheat detection flags by contacting support
• TypoBot forum responses are AI-generated and should be verified

All content on TypifyAI is protected by copyright and trademark laws:

• The TypifyAI name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• Test texts, AI prompts, and platform code are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your typing test data and forum posts
• By posting in the forum, you grant us a license to display your content
• You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform content

AI-generated typing certificates are for personal use and portfolio purposes. They are not official certifications from any accredited institution. We do not guarantee that third parties will recognize or accept these certificates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay for premium subscriptions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

TypifyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for data loss or technical issues
• AI features may not always be available or accurate
• Third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI) may affect functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypifyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TypifyAI operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
